FCA is a national organization that was founded in 1954 and began at Crete High School in 1996. The mission of FCA is "To present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships, and in the fellowship of the Church." The Crete FCA "huddle" is comprised of students grades 7-12 who are looking for spiritual fun and fellowship. Activities include monthly meetings, speakers, recreation, refreshments, concerts, weekend of champions, Doane and UNL FCA Banquets, Bible studies, prayer, See You At The Pole, fundraisers, camps, movies, games, and a whole lot more!
