Follow Regular Procedure
Recovery room
Green:
- Masks encouraged but not required
- No more than 20 people in the room or current guidance
- Small groups of 8 or less (Two groups per room)
- More than one recovery room offered (specialist (electives and sped) classrooms perhaps if they are traveling)
- Staging area for kids who are waiting for their turn to meet with someone.
- RR Assistants check kids in on a Chromebook at the door/or others from the affected building.
- RR Assistants help with traffic flow in and out. (Other staff that are on the team, who are from the affected building help to set up spaces.)
Yellow:
- Face coverings required for adults and students.
- No more than 10 people in the room or current guidance
- Small groups of 8 or less (One group per room)
- Materials for each child who comes
- More than one recovery room offered (specialist (electives and sped) classrooms perhaps if they are traveling)
- Staging area for kids who are waiting for their turn to meet with someone.

In the Classroom
Green:
- Normal classroom procedures
- Hand sanitizer upon entry and exit
- Masks are encouraged for CRT staff
Yellow:
- Hand sanitizer upon entry and exit
- Students will wipe their desk at the end of class
- Continue hand sanitizer
- No sharing of processing materials, if supplies are given out, it becomes property of the student
- Water bottles supplied by the school
- Masks may be required for CRT staff
Orange:
- Hand sanitizer upon entry and exit
- Separation of desks
- Students will wipe their desk at the end of class
- Extended cleaning of desks
- No sharing of processing materials, if supplies are given out, it becomes property of the student
- Water bottles supplied by the school

Staff Support
Green:
- In person support-
- Not subbing for teachers- Subs provided by principals
- Active listening
- Writing tools and journal pages
- EAP information
- Calming music
- Calming website set up
- Nature walks
- Permission to contact/check-in later
- Face coverings encouraged
Yellow:
- In person support- Same as above
- Check-in via email/phone if desired.
- Face coverings required
- Limit numbers of people in the room at the same time.
Orange:
- Distance support-
- Share ideas of ways to deal with grief (above) remotely.
- Check-in via email/phone if desired.
- Face coverings required
Communication (building level)
Green:
- Close communication with Public Health Solutions in terms of COVID-19 in the buildings.
- Protocol for the recovery rooms added to the announcement of the death
Yellow:
- Materials for bringing anything they want to use, drawing, etc
- Face coverings required
Orange:
- Bring your Chromebook
- Face coverings required
Communication - Roles will remain the same as in Guidebook.
