As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we are developing a new strategic plan to guide the district's future. A strategic plan is a roadmap for our schools, setting out clear objectives, action items, and benchmarks that will help us focus our resources in the most effective way. It enables us to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and position CPS for ongoing excellence in education.

Your Voice Matters!
To ensure our new strategic plan reflects our community's values, aspirations, and needs, we invite all parents, guardians, and interested community members to join us in an open community focus group. Your perspectives are invaluable to us, and we want to make sure everyone has an opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of education in our district.

Focus Group Dates and Locations:

• Sunday, September 10, from 4-5 PM at Crete High School

• Tuesday, September 12, from 5-6 PM at the City Library Community Room

These sessions will allow you to learn more about the planning process, share your ideas, and hear from others in the community. All are welcome, and no prior preparation is required.  Interpreters and childcare will be available at both meetings.
