April showers bring May flowers and some very important updates. It's hard to believe that we are nearing the end of the 2022-2023 school year and deep into planning for the 2023-2024 year. One significant change coming your way is our move to online registration. Online registration will occur through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. All current and future CPS students must register using this new process. So what can you do to prepare? You are ahead of the game if you already have a parent portal account. If you don't have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, now is the time to set up one. You can set up your portal account by visiting the Cardinal Welcome Center or your student's school. Shortly, you will also receive a personalized letter with all the detailed information you need to register for an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account.

Cardinal Camps are back! We are excited to provide another summer of outstanding learning opportunities for all of our students. This year Cardinal Camps will have a slightly different schedule. Cardinal Camps will start on Monday, May 22, and conclude on Friday, June 30. The daily camp schedule is as follows:

• Breakfast - 7:30 - 8:00 AM
• Academic Supports and Interventions - 8:00 - 11:00 AM
• Lunch - 11:00 - 11:30 AM
• Cardinal Camp #1 - 11:30 - 1:30 PM
• Cardinal Camp #2 - 1:30 - 3:30 PM

Registration for all summer opportunities, including youth sports camps and activities and Cardinal Camps, will occur on the same online platform. This is a change from last year, but it will make it easier for families to see all we offer. Summer registration will open in mid to late April. Finally, please know that Cardinal Camps are flexible. You can sign up for as many or as few camps as possible. It's what you want for your student's summer experience.
