Children's Hospital, through Project Adam, has designated all of Crete Public Schools as Heart Safe! On Monday, April 8, all schools participated in training and drills to ensure we are prepared to respond to a cardiac event. A huge thanks to our Nursing Staff, Response Teams, Children's Hospital, and Crete Fire and Rescue for helping us achieve this awesome designation. Go Cards!

Hey, 6th grade families!! Did you know that your student needs a physical and updated immunizations, including a Tdap vaccine before they start 7th grade? Guess what! Crete Public Schools can help. To help you meet these requirements, we are having an immunization clinic at the Cardinal Welcome Center on Wednesday, April 3rd from 3:30-5:30. Uninsured, Medicaid, and insured are all encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there! -Nurse Jessie

Registration for Cardinal Camps begins Monday, March 18 at 12 p.m. (noon). Registration is first-come, first-served, so register early! Seward Tournament Champs Congratulations to our 7th-grade team!

Hello 8th-grade parents and guardians! This week, the high school counselors have taken the time to come to the middle school to talk to your students about 9th-grade registration for next year. The students along with the counselors took 2 days to go through courses as well as choose what they would like to take. The 8th-grade teacher team has highlighted recommendations for each student’s core classes. If a student chooses a different option than what was recommended, we encourage them to talk with parents and teachers about it. Students were sent home with: Course layout worksheet (blue) Course of study packet (available in English & Spanish) Please take the time to discuss and review your student’s course selections for next year. The students can make changes to the blue sheet if needed. Once you are finished, please SIGN the blue sheet at the bottom and your student will return it. It is due Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
