Dear Parents and Students, The new school year is fast approaching, and with it, the start of all activities and athletics. To participate, each student-athlete must complete the Activity Packet, which is available in both the Middle School and High School offices or may be printed online at https://cretepublicschoolsne.sites.thrillshare.com/o/chs/documents/activities/650710. Additionally, students in grades 7-12 wishing to participate in activities and athletics must complete a Drug and Alcohol Testing Consent form per Board Policy 5306. The consent form is part of the annual Online Registration/Information Update that all families must complete to confirm or update their demographic information. If you have already completed the online registration, including the drug consent, you are all set, and we will confirm this in our report. If you have not yet completed the online registration/information update, please do so at https://cretepublicschoolsne.sites.thrillshare.com/o/cps/page/enrollment to ensure your information is up to date and to take care of the random drug testing consent form. All forms, physicals and the online registration with drug testing consent must be completed and turned into the office before the first day of practice on August 12th. Coaches will not allow any participant to practice without these forms. We appreciate your cooperation in completing these steps before August 12th. Please schedule your physicals asap so you are not scrambling in August to get them done.
