The Scholastic Book Fair will be at the Elementary Library the week of Feb 26th-29th. The Book Fair will be open during Parent Teacher conferences. Monday, February 26th from 6-8, and Thursday, Feb. 29th from 8-11, 12:30-3:30 and 5-8.
Students had a chance to walk through the book fair during their library time. Please stop in during conferences to take a look at all the amazing books for sale.

Farewell to a Crete Elementary Legend!!
After an incredible 24 YEARS as Crete Elementary's rockstar secretary, we celebrated Jodee today as she is embarking on a new journey! She is transitioning to a new role at the Cardinal Welcome Center! Please help us celebrate Jodee!

Recently, the Kindergarten classes learned about Kings and Queens! They listened to Read-Alouds that built students’ understanding of the responsibilities, lifestyle, and customs associated with royalty. They celebrated with a "Royal Tea Party" on Friday, February 9th!
CPS Families: This is a reminder that there is no school for all students tomorrow, Monday, February 12. CPS staff will be engaged in professional learning. We can't wait to see all of our students back on Tuesday. I hope you have a great evening. Go Cards!
