Based on the National Weather Service’s Winter Storm Warning, there is no school or activities tomorrow, Monday, January 8, 2024. The National Weather Service predicts 8-12” of snow, which will begin falling after 8 AM on Monday. Wind gusts of 45 MPH in our area are predicted to begin Monday evening into Tuesday morning. Again, tomorrow, Monday, January 8, 2024, there will be no school or activities for all students. The Doane University students in Ms. Meyer's Motor Development and Learning class shared their knowledge with the Crete Intermediate students. The students enjoyed the different stations in PE class.
Wow! Crete Intermediate did an amazing job sharing with the Board how they are educating the whole child. Knut, Tanner, Mrs. McDowell, Ms. Smith, Mrs. Fye, and Ms. Cole were outstanding!
There are great things happening today in 3rd grade math. Students are learning strategies to help them multiply by 9.
Crete Intermediate students donated over $400 to the Capital Humane Society from their school-wide lemonade war!

The Crete Trunk or Treat event is moving indoors! Due to the cold and windy weather forecast during the event, we will be inside the Crete High School commons area. We thought this was the best way to keep everyone safe and warm. Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 4-7 PM.
