23-24 Negotiated Agreement 

Movement on pay schedule

Teachers can advance on the salary schedule every 9 hours of graduate coursework.
Salary movement allowed mid year (1st semester or 2nd semester).

100% Paid Dental Insurance 

Single dental premium is paid by the district.

100% Paid Health Insurance 

From single to full family, the medical premium is paid by the district. 

Ranges from $9,344.64 to $25,703.88; no deductions from payroll, district pays 100%!
