For a student to attend Crete Public Schools as an option enrollment student, the student’s parent or legal guardian must submit an application to the Board of Education of the Crete Public School District between September 1 and March 15 for enrollment during the following and subsequent school years (the “application period”).
Upon receipt of an application, the Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee shall provide the resident school district with the name of the applicant on or before April 1 or, in the case of an application submitted after March 15, within sixty days after submission.
